Post by: dubsport on 10 January 2008, 17:43

my question is where can i get some new blots for them?

also i no the pics arent great but do you think they would refub up nice?

Are you 100% sure they're split rims, they don't look it to me, in fact they look like a bad BBS copy?

Easy - they're a bad copy!

You will struggle to make them any better as it looks like the bolt head will have to be painted too, unless your any good with a tin of Airfix paint and brush.

Save your pennies and buy some real ones!

I would also give advise to not buy them.
All the work to get them 'okay', and it's a not nice looking copy BBS.  In Belgium and Germany you see the real thing a lot, save the money and get something great.

If they're cheap why not. Think they could look reasonable, look lighter than BBS's which your car will love you for.

What's so funny? BBS's look great, but they're soo heavy! I wouldn't feel threatened, I souldn't say there's any comparison between those and the real thing, but for the price why not?

It's funny because you can tell how heavy they are from a picture!

And my BBS's are heavier than most as they are 8x15 & 9x15's with stainless lips, but who gives a monkey's, they look dope as hell!!

Yeah of course they do  I don't want to turn this into a thread about light wheels, but I never brought up any arguement about why rs's are heavy, just that they are, and probably enough to guess that those are lighter IMO, gees!
