Title: Have i got a 97-99 or 98-99 golf???
Post by: perfect.t on 10 January 2008, 00:24: aite people ... just looking at ordering some new pads but i seem to of come across a problem!

i have got a 1998 1.6 golf but when i look on sites such as POTN to order some greenstuff pads my car seems to fit into more than one category, either mk4 97-99 or mk4 98-99!

i dont want to go ordering to wrong pads so i was wondering if anyone can help me out and if anyone knows of some good cheap places to get discs and pads from!

i think the only diff is wear indicators on the pad..? or pop into a local parts place with your VIN no. they should tell you which pads you need from that..
