Hiya
I noticed today that my Highline does not display the washer fluid warning when empty. I do not have a msfw, do you know how to get to these settings?
The car is a 2008 build.
Thanks
Simon

I was under the impression you only got the washer fluid warning with the winter pack?

Thats correct, you only get this warning with the winter pack

Has anyone looked to see if the washer bottle still has the sensor on a car without the winter pack? Be interesting to see if it was just a case of enabling the function through ELSA  Doubtful but you never know.

Mine displays the low washer fluid warning but I haven't got the winter pack. It's also a 2008 model.

My Mkiv didn't have the winter pack and the price list stated that only the winter pack included the low washer warning. But the warning did come on.
Wonder if its the same with the Xenon equiped cars?

I've got xenons so it could be something to do with that.

I retro fitted the highline and i get the washer fluid on mine, just a normal spec mk5 golf 2006 without xenons.

I got the warning too, '07 model with xenons, no winter pack.
