I've removed mine......but then mine wasn't sprayed up like yours so it was an easier choice..........plus I've changed my grill too:-

I think you need to suit it to the style you want to acheive - Rich's looks really nice with the chrome grill and single lights, quite a retro look, but I have got the wind deflectors, twin lights and with the car sitting nice and low, it finishes off the lo'n'wide look off the car.

Im going to go for the low n wide look....

i think you need to have a big bumper, on both mk1 & mk2's then they look spot on

but they dont look right on small bumper cars imo

plus they look best on white cars i think ;)

Think they look OK on mk1s & 2s, but personally think they look silly on mk3s and 4s.  :P  (never seen em on mk5s so can't comment!  ;))

when a cars got a debadged grill i think an eyebrow gives it an extra something. when badged i think the grill gives enough of a statement. personally id love to de badge my grill and get an eyebrow spoiler but i got a long list of stuff to do before then, so front end staying as it is for now  ;D  opps just remebered clear blimkers are kinda high on the list!  ;)

still not decided!!!

Ive noticed that alot of Mk1's have a beading around the grille (either chrome or red)..
Mine hasnt got this and i think the eyebrow does suit this grille

However!! i may look into debadged single lights too...
