Title: Small Bumper with No Plate

Hey, i can remember once seeing small front bumpers that dont have the space for the number plate, just totally smooth. Anyone know where i could get one, and does anyone have any pics of them. Any help will be muchly appreciated, thanks.

america. they were available over there as they don't have to run a front plate in some states. some dude was making his own versions by plastic welding a section in then spraying them with texture paint.
