read about a million different opinions

which is the best oil for it?

10w/40 ok? semi synthetic? got loads of the stuff around from my rover

10w/40 is fine. You can also use 5w/40 But you will be fine with 10w/40  :wink:

not long done oil change on mine and i think with the help of rich this is what i pt in mine and all good no probs

lol If you put your hand to the back of the sump you will feel it in the middle.
