Looking for some info, going to get my gti a revo remap shortly 250bhp am i better getting it done at a garage with a rolling road to see bhp results, and am i better putting on forge DV with this bhp increase. cheers.

id say thats the best way, but also the most costy way! i was skint when i got mine done so didnt get it done with revo, payed 350 and they claim a 65hp increase, i rekomend a dv, im getting mine soon

....Forge DV? - Most definitely a must-have if your car is remapped and a good safeguard even for a standard one. So many cases of the stock DV's failing! - The plastic diaphram can split under higher boost levels.
It's a fit 'n forget mod and improves (only slightly) boost being held.

When you got the revo stage 1 did it go on a rolling road right after upgrade its just i can take the car 2 garages one has a rolling road one hasnt ,the one with rollling road is slightly more money.

....If you are asking me - My Revo tuner has a rolling road and we used it in the tuning session and then again to check things over a couple of weeks later when everything had settled. He also took the car out on the road with a laptop on both sessions. I have complete trust in my tuner - Jim of JKM Portsmouth.

Would use your garage redrobin but to far away as i stay in glasgow anyway thanks for the info i will use the garage with the rolling road.
