Hi all,
I had this issue after i replaced my front left wiper motor and i had knocked the pollen filter which caused water in the passenger footwell, I got a freind to check it over and replace it and wahoo no leek! hope this helps.

pollen filter housing and the window regs are a common problem on mk4s for water leaks ,check the edge off the door card for wetness, the seal around the reg gets wet and soak anymore water up so it deteriates and leaks in the car

Guys i have this too, its doing my head in, my floor mat froze to the carpet the other day in the big freeze!! so ive got a panel beater / leeks man looking at it this weekend, ill let yous know what he comes up with...

I get this in my rear passenger footwell... its right in the middle away from the door so I don't think it can be coming through there.
Causes monster condensation some days
