Hi I am new member just joined and looking for a Mark V Golf GTI.

I am going to look at a couple this week private sales. Can anyone offer advice on what to look for in terms of possible scams etc. Quite worried about losing a bundle of cash!!

There are quite a few threads about buying in the MKV section. Just use the search function and you'll find loads.
