Title: rear washer leaking

Hi my rear washer is leaking by the rear passenger seat headlining as this seems to be common does anyone have any pictures of how to repair this problem. I've had a look with the search but can't find any photos. Is this job an easy fix?

Thanks for the reply i'll have a look at it tomorrow. Just annoying that there seems to be so many common faults.
