Title: Coloured dash inserts..

Hey..
Being looking on the bay for some white dash inserts (speedo/rev counter..etc), but can't find any for an 8v Golf GTi that go upto 140mph like mine currently do.. And infact, on asking a few mates who have 8v's their clocks only go upto 120mph :/

Anyone know where I can get some from, or is it gonna be a DIY job with my young cousins and some paint? :D

Stop!! DO NOT modify them clocks. 140mph clocks are like hens teeth and the last time some sold on ebay i saw them go for over 100 squid.

i would buy some 120mph dials and put white one in them then fit um. but you are part of only a few golf with those dials.

Found these, but now it's my rev counter, mine only goes upto 7k..not 8k :/

Have to agree with Jase555.

Keep the 140mph clocks and chuck some 120 or 160 mph clocks in there with the colours on them. If they read wrong then sell them on e.bay as 'modified Golf GTI clocks'  im sure you will get your money back on them.
