Title: lil bit of help on mod res or non res

lil bit of help i got roughly 300quid to spend on my a 2000 1.8 t only thing i done so far is a boost gauge and ordered a induction kit,  what would u do next i was thinking a miltek zorst but really dont know.
i was hopin i would have enough for the zorst and a dv but i spent on other bits for the house damn house!!!

i think i can get 1 for roughly 300 from big boys toys  then i was just think ill save a bit more and get a remap but surly ill be better of doin things like zorst suspension before the remap ????

Defo go with the milltek as topher says absolutely superb cant fault it.  :laugh:
As for the dv the forge 007p is very good and comes highly recommended on here.

It would be best to get suspension and brakes first IMO tho lots of people dont.

just been on phone to big boys toys they said a resonated milltek £336.00 plus free fitting now should i get a resonated or non resonated   any 1 got any vids so i could hear the diference

Its a matter of personal taste TBH.
 Resonated is the  Best IMO as it as quieter It gives a nice deep note when you boot it but is quiet when driving normally. The non resonated has no front silencer so is obviously louder. I dont think vids will help much as you really need to drive the car with it fitted.

Which tail pipe are you going for then mate discreet or non discreet?
If you get non discreet you will need the correct rear valance ie: V6 4motion rear valance.  :wink:

im thinkin 4 mo 1 they sell them as well 45 quid is so could have it all fitted same day dont think i will go discreet as i wana se wat i spent on lol

Go for a milltek and a 4mo valance - thats what I gone for!

But for about £300 there are loads of little bits you could get (cold air feed, forge 007p dv, etc)

if i get a dv it will be the split r forge me tinks i already ordered a id it and will modify with cold air feed  :laugh: should  be a laugh think ill get the zorst first tho

well been on the phone to amd today i ordered my zorst £366.92 including fitting  was goin to have it done today but they out of stock  :cry:   never mind next weekend the me thinks
o went for the resonated in the end

hope so im used to a really noisy car so think it be nice just to have a nice sounding car lol just hope its not to quite lol

Its got a real nice deep note when you boot it. Not to boomy on the motorway and when the revs are kept below about 3 grand its nice and subtle!! The best mod on my car!!!  :wink:
