Title: Stainless Coilovers, Which are best for around £500

Hello Everyone!

I'm new to the forum and need advice on coilovers. Any good/bad experiences with any? I know if you buy cheap, you buy twice so I have thought that I may as well push the boat out and go for decent stainless shocks!  :tongue:

Don't know if any of these Weitec's are stainless or not: Anyone know?

Any info would be a great help!

Also looking for an uprated 4 lamp wiring loom. Someone is selling a 2 lamp on ebay for silly money (£50). I have seen uprated 4 lamp looms going for £30 ish and under. Any pointers to where I could get one would be much appreciated! :smiley:

not got time to go in depth coilover style, but £30-£50 for a loom. probably cost a tenna max to make your own there are plenty of guides to follow.

i have fk's on both my vw's and so far i'm more than happy with them. the ones on my golf have been on for about 7/8k miles with minimal corrosion so the stainless versions should be spot on!

avoid spax, maybe look at kw varient 1's as well?
