Title: hello everyone my new mk2 gti

hello to everyone and merry xmas

im a newbie so just gettin used to writing n posting etc so bear wiv me...

i drive a platinum grey mk2 8v this is how it looked when went to see it

then changed wheels to these oz ones but decided didnt really like them

have since changed the rims for ibiza cupra r stars,also put in crystal bumper indicators and cross hair lights and crystal side indicators,chrome/polished outerdoor handle inserts & interior fan controls plus carbon covered bits,wil be buying crystal inner spots and fog lights and putting 4light grill back on and have bought coilovers,256mm brakes for now,front strut brace and poly bushes ready to go on when get chance...car is very clean and hopefully soon a abf 16v aswell  :evil:

thanks for looking will try and put pics up of it as is now...as these are standard wiv out mods

thort it best for an update lol...wel have totally stripped full car more or less now as doin engine conversion so have had to gut it as engine is early loom n not late like mine  :angry: so full interior is out and full front end and petrol tank pump and lines...putting in a 16v gti that is a brm motor sport 1.9 conversion done back in approx 1994 with full paper work totalling 10,000, so stripped that full car for all the bits as shell wasnt that good but car looked like it had just been rebuilt with new running gear ie new gear linkage bushes fuel tank and pump and lots of other things...pit a few pics up now lol

kno the arms are blue n not quite up there wiv the best but only paint i had at time while they are of i do have 2replacement arms and subframe to get powder coated when funds allow probably get them all red, but am building car on a very limited budget as want a drivers car not a show car, funds dnt allow  :cry:...basically want to get it all up and running b4 do anything else,so bought new chain n followers and new clutch,also bought electric windows,gauges and car is gona b fully pollybushed and still have to heat wrap the four branch...then its a case of hopefully putting it bak together with a lot of help from oldskoolperformance, and re wiring the car with alarm and imobiliser...will try and take better pics as i get on bit by bit...
