Title: Servicing - A Bit Miffed!!!

Hi All

Now for a couple of weeks everytime i start my car up i've been getting the Service Due, then how long till next service, started at 2800 and gradually had been coming down as the miles had gone on.

Now the bit that annoys me the most is that it was on 2500 miles to go on Saturday when i put it away in the garage, got up today started up and PING!, Service is now due!! :angry:

Am i missing something or did my car cover 2500 miles overnight!?!?!

Anybody else experienced this?

Also what do you think? i was going to get it serviced on 10000 miles, at the minute i'm on 8200, was thinking about waiting a month or two before getting it serviced, would you guys wait or get it done asap?

just reset it and have it serviced when you want.

theres a "how to" somewhere on the forum, which can be done easily on your own, just by holding down certain dash buttons.

I'll leave it a couple of months as originally planned

i think 10000 miles is about right between services anyway
