I have an original BBS bodykit for mk2. Anyone have any ideas how much its worth. Its all in good nick with all arches and the grille but needs sanding down and spraying.
-
I also have a set of 4 pirelli p-slots in fairly good con. all structurally sound. Just needing refurb. Any ideas?
-
as much as someone wants to pay, dont these "how much is it worth" piss other people off?
-

Yep !
-
P slots are worth about 50 quid if they have half decent tyres.

BBS bodykits are not worth much, i was watching one on ebay and it went for £1.50
-
That little eh. was expecting them to be worth something.
By the way i thought this was a forum? Not somewhere where people b!tch about what other people want to know. You tell me where else i can possibly find out how much parts are worth for a mk2 golf? Get a life.

If I'm buying them they'll be worth next to nothing, in fact, you may have to pay me to take them away.
If I'm selling them they'll be worth quite a lot more.
That's generally the way of the world.
Sadly I don't think the 80's bodykit look has quite come back round yet.
-
probs would be best to give it a clean before you do advertise it
-
well they look like ebay pictures to me, how much did you pay for them? i'd probably pay about fifty quid for the lot, palleted to my front door

I was thinking the same about the wheels
-
I thought there was a classified section for this!! Just put 'open to offers'. You don't need to accept the lowest price!
-

80's tastic - goes perfect with the music im listenin to right now, foreigners greatest hits! lol :D
-
thats actually looks awesome  (dont like the yellow lights tho) do you think that kit would look good on a red mk2, small bumpers with chrome inserts??
-
Looks much better completely colour coded i reckon. Plus the chrome insert bumpers are a nightmare to get hold of.
-
If you colour code it... Would look awesome!! And unique in the best way!
-
That's a guy called stantons, he mounted the bumper upside down iirc.
-
do you have any better pics of you kit mate?
im really interested in this :)
-
Do it dubsport!!
-
i have been thinking of fitting this kit for a while now, that pic has convinced me to do it. i know where there is one in my local vw scrap yard so going down sat with some cash. will hopefully have a van full of bits so i can get the golf on the road ready for show season.
