Can anyone recommend a cheap decent central locking kit for a 5 door mk2 please??
-
Oooohh and for a 3 door while the subject is open

I've just finished fitting this kit from Ebay for £23
The remote that come with the kit were different to the ones in the picture.
That didn't matter much as they were stainless steel jobbies instead, much better looking.

i was thinking of getting this kit as it says it can be connected to a toad alarm which iv already got!
anyone know if this would be easy to do??

Pretty much any kit will fit an alarm system but it depends if it works on a negative 12v or a positive 12v.
As far as I'm aware, most systems use a negative 12v set up so it should be pretty simple to fit, just match the wiring together and Robert's your mum's brother!

sorry to hijack post but can i use this without an alarm? i just want to add it to the pneumatic set up, i suppose i just need to fit actuator under existing one in drivers door?
