but why do people have the black leccy tape crosses on their headlights, cos other than looking cool, i cant seem to figure out why?

i think it's so when you crash it keeps the glass in rather than it falling on the track.

loving the 'when' you crash... guessin its hard not to have a few crashes in a mk2 on a wet track!

might drag my self along to a track day one time in my life, dont suspect they will let me return afterwards though.

might tape up all the gaps in my body work too for streamline effect! will add at least 30bhp, just like my K&N!!!
