I'm on the scrounge for some boot pictures (as the title suggests ;) ) of 3 door mk2s..... however, they need to be of it with no seats / parcel shelf in if anyone's got one??
I'm getting rather tired of life in England so figured on buying a 2 man trailer tent (there's no way I'm towing an actual caravan), ripping everything out of the back of the car and making a big storage area.....
My thoughts being putting in a medium sized box accross the width where the back seats used to be to house a small sub, two 6x9s and the amp, plus acting as a cupboard for precious travveling stuff.... then boarding out the rest of the back to the boot, covering it with dark lino (or something similar) dividing it left to right with some kind of cargo net so me and the mrs can store our luggage on one side, and the dog on the other side..... Haven't quite finalised the plans yet, but was up for some pictures to see how level it is, and what would need to be done......
Then all that's needed is to get the sump gasket and gear linkages replaced and drive it on - what an adventure this could be.......

Take a look at the projects section. There are photos of my G60 with the interior gutted. This may help. :smiley:
