 i can hear tappets noise inside the car when stationery ... is this normal?  only recently been serviced by indy and they use vw oil and oem parts to service my car ...checked the oil level thats fine ..... does anyone know what causes it ,what can i do to cure it ......

You do get a slight "ticking" noise from the 1.8T which is normal. IIRC it comes from the injectors.
