Im new on here so first off...hey! Basically i have just fitted some MIM rims and lowered the sus. Only after this have i noticed the whole back end of my car is on the piss! The nearside wheel is directly underneath the arch but the other is way inside... The car has never had a accident, so am concerned as to wats goin on. And because it is now lowered the wheel hits the arch if I go over a twig.. Any help would be appreciated. will get some pics up shortly.

sounds like one of your shocks is dead you can get new ones from gsf or euro car parts

Also check the springs are located properly in the spring cups on the struts.
