Title: vw cd changer location

hey chaps iam wondering where vw put the 6 disc multi changer as standard as i want it in the proper place and what leads do i need as it didnt come with any. is it the plug and play lead ?  ive only got the gamma tape deck in the dash thanks for your help

I think you will find that vw put the cd changer in the boot left hand side in the cubby hole. (The bit you open to change a bulb) :smiley:

depends which one you had; there was the boot mounted changer on the passenger side or you could have a changer built into the dash above the H/U.

you need a CD changer lead which is about £30 from the stealers for the boot changer; the in dash changer should come with the proper lead
