where on earth can i get some of the tiny little old school bumpers to fit on my car ive looked every bloody where and cant find any ???

could you send me the link for them if you find them online

can get them from german suppliers - but not cheap!! I was quoted 250 euros each for bumpers 60 euros for end cap set and 50 euros for strip set!!! that was from www.volkswarenhaus.de, I looked for ages mate but found some off a stripped 1974!! chrome was peeling away so ive painted them black - kinda like it - understated look!! u know! Good luck mate - I've heard of them cheaper elsewhere but i undertsand these are black or silver painted - somebody should know!!

well they seem to be rare'er than rocking horse sh!te

i would really only want the chrome ones

It may be cheaper to get your own fabricated if you know of someone with a set to hand, theres really nothing to them that a machinist couldn't handle. You could alter the ends so you wouldn't need end caps - i always feel these look crap! Wonder if you could use aluminium?? I'm looking into nickel plating for mine! Its said to be a more subtle and desirable finish - not as shiny as chrome. Sky's the limit mate!

If you can understand german, try using the german ebay site, I've heard of a few people getting stuff off there: www.ebay.de
