Title: mk2 16v carb conversion

hi new to all this. i am converting my 1989 16 to webber dcoe's and would like sum advice on fuel system.can i use the standard fuel pump with sum sort of pressure regulator or will i need a more specific pump set up?,and what do i do with the fuel return system? or if this info is already out there can you point me towards it. thanks lee

Carb cars generally do not require a return system, so that pipe you can blank off. Now whether you can retain your original pump or not, I don´t know. But you can get a Facet red top pump that would be a perfect set up for what you want. You may need to run an alternate relay for this though.
