Title: spark plugs?

i wana do my 1st service on my golf, but just wana know what part number the spark plugs are? in halfords they said id have to find out what date my engine was made coz there 3 different types? my mate says i may have to get the twin electrode like his 1.8t?

be great if any1 has any advice 4 me. thanks :undecided:

The engine code is on a white sticker in your boot mat. In the spare wheel compartment left hand side.  :smiley:
