Title: Specialist Golf electricians/mechanics in Oxfordshire(ish)

Hi guys,

I've got a Mk2 GTI which, despite being around the block a bit, is in great working order except... the electrics are sha**ed because some goon wired it all wrong when they were fitting the immobiliser. It's an old car and in my view needs someone with a bit of experience looking at it.

Do any of you know of some great electricians/mechanics in or around Oxfordshire that you'd recommend?

Hi J,

I've been referred to Nuffield Garage in Crowmarsh, Oxfordshire by someone who has used them for years.
They are BMW & Mercedes Benz Specialists, and told they are honest.

I think I'll be using them in Feb when my MKII needs a MOT.
BTW, where about is Oxfordshire are you? I'm Deadcat, ermm I mean Didcot :p

Thanks! I'll give them a shout tomorrow and see what they say.

I'm near Cowley Road so pretty near the centre. Don't use the Mk2 for commuting much - prefer my CBR600 to avoid all the traffic.

yep, i am just up the road from them, I know the Big wigs on unit take there mercs there , :cool:

Where abouts? I used to live down Glanville Road, up in Headington now though.
