Title: reverse lights

hi all mk2 drivers.ive just popped over from the mk 4's for my mate who has a mk 2 and since this nasty cold weather has come in his reverse lights have decided to go. we replaced the bulbs and still nothing.

any ideas or tips would be great, thanks guys

Maybe the fuse has gone. It should be fuse number 14 from the left.

might be the switch on the gearbox. is such a simple job to do

or the wiring to the switch might be corroded?
