nice one jason!!! worth the wait!!!, looking good matey, take care of it and it will last you years to come!!!, have you kept the interior all original also?? i hope so cause its nice to see a 'non fooked about with' early mk2 in orig spec just dropped a bit!!!, get the p slots polished up, ditch the center cap and get a push in wolfsburg badge for centre hole that would finishe it off if it were mine which it was once :'( :'(, hey jason if you need any other bits let me know as i have a 86/7 same as yours with 16v lump that im breaking got most bits!!

it pulls hard all the way to the redline and I've topped it out at 130mph. Vixter will back that up as she's driven it.

jason, keep it lookin stock dont worry about other peeps opinions, but as for engine changes, that 8v k jet youve go tis fine matey, keep it stock or bang something diffferent in if your gonna change seems like every man and his dog with the cash is plumping for the 1.8t and all the bits or the vr6 lump, why not goe for some thing different?? from another car maybe?? local tuners round here are banging a r6 in the BACK of a mk2, with a super charger, or take my 1.8 16v lump aqnd bang some carbs on it 40's/45's and see 150bhp straight away!!!
