Post by: CHRIS_MC on 20 November 2007, 00:55
Does any one have such a conversion? or a picture of one?

Reiger Tuning sell a front end conversion grill, but im not sure if you need the corrado slam panel aswell, & they didnt e-mail me back to tell me........

ive never actually seen anyone with this? rarer than a westy?

You would need the slam panel, but tbh, there is probably a reason no one has ever done it.

a few people have done the corrado front. it doesn't look as good as a rallye set up, takes a bit of fabrication and needs a jetta slam panel, corrado lights, chopped down jetta/rallye grill and a few other tweaks to get it looking anywhere near sensible.

If you want a Corrado front, buy a Corrado :p
Much less hassle having to mod and chop a Golf
and imo looks *ugh*  but just my opinion.

Rather go for the Rallye grille at least its still a Golf grille.
