Title: Guess the part!!

Long story short I was at the jet wash and the guy seemed to spend alot of time at the back of the car, he then sheepishly approached the drivers door with a bit of rubber in his hands  :shocked:  He says that it came of the back of the car but I think he is wrong as I have been underneath the car and can't find where it would have come from.

Anyway here are a couple of photos of it - I personally think it either came of another car or off the jetwasher itself, if anyone can tell me different then please do  :smiley:

WTF is that? 

Chuck it in the bin I'd say... if its from your car, then you've saved some weight and your car will be a little faster 0-60  :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin:

They must have one hell of a pressure washer if it could blast that off your car,

Probably came from something French  :grin:

Must say it does have the workmanship of a Frenchman as the threads are all shot  :shocked: :tongue:

It was a Pug 206 that was in front of me at the jet wash so it must have come of his car.  It is officially going in the bin.

Looks like the rubber insert to the filler section of the fuel tank :undecided:

Not off a Golf I hasten to add, so file it under B :wink:
