Title: coolant problem any help

hi i have a problem with my coolant its bleeping every morning on the dash com i have recently had a new sensor put in not a vw own and yesterday had the system flushed and new coolant put in and again at my main vw dealership and again this morning the dreaded bleep any help would be very gratefull

We really should start getting commission on fault finding matter :D
