Title: Wiring question

I'm planing on fitting a small light into the bottom cubby hole in center console, using the illumination from the cigarette lighter, one small problem however...

What colour is the ive and the illumination wire please?  :rolleyes:

most of the light illumination for switches etc is blue/grey.

Would I be right in guessing that the brown wire is the live too?

Blue/Grey = Illumination
Red/Grey =?
Brown =?

brown is earth, not sure what the grey/red is? is this coming off the lighter? if so its the positive i believe. it'll be quite a fat wire as the lighter draws alot of current.
