Im looking into buying some alloys for my new mk3 gti golf which i am picking up 2moro...weeeyyyyyyyyy. I would just like a bit of advice on how big to go. Do people who have 17" alloys experience any rubbing on the arches or any other problems?
I would like to get 17" wheels, what do people think?
P.S This is bearing in mind i am going to upgrade the suspension soonish. Not sure what to yet tho.
Cheers.................

Its the wheel tyre combo you have to watch. You will have no problems with 17's as long as you stick to a maximum tyre size of 205/40.

cheers for your input.
I don't think i will be getting those wheels, photoshopped them onto a picture and didnt look to great. I'll just stick to that tyre size then. Im also looking at the Lenso KR5's they'd look pretty good on a mk3 i reckon.
Cheers
