door membranes, i bet ya !!

Does it have a sunroof? The drainage tubes from the sunroof surrounds can block. Open the sunroof and see if you can poke something flexible (old speedo cable is favourite) down them.
Does parking on a slope (even slight) make a difference? I have a car which I always park downhill if there's any chance of rain. Another is the reverse, I always park it facing up!

Nail on the head. Had to do it myself and make some new membranes. To fully resolve your issue read this article.

were are the door membranes then cause the water seems to colects in the fusebox cover
-
Door membranes are behind the door cards. If water is coming in from the fuse box then it's likely to be loads of cr@p in the scuttle drains down the side of the inner wing causing water to build up in the scuttle. If so remove the gunk out of the drains.
