i have rang around a few body shops and asked how much it would roughly cost to flush the boot on my car ... none of them would give me a quote ... they said id need to come in so they could have a look.
Could any one give me a rough price on how much it would cost?
want to end up with something like this (would have a red GTI spoiler also  ) ...

hmmm, how about 'please dont'? :) the main reason i think this never works is, where are you going to put the number plate and lights for it?
smooth out the badge, smooth the seams, perhaps ditch the plastic plinth thing....

^^^ as above - looks really good with a bit of smoothing, flushed tailgates are so late 90's! lol  also its hard to get a good finish and also it may not last (they can crack!)

I think it looks pretty awesome, but you do need to think about the numberplate n' lights..

Yea i think this only works if you have an after market bumper with the Number plate cut out in it, And thats cheesy enough as it is.
Flushed boots go look quite nice on the Mk2 but i dont think its realy worth it tbh. if it cracks (which it can) it will just look stupid lol.

Bored of my flushed boot and on the lookout for a decent standard one :)
