Title: Remote Central Locking

Just bought a 2003 TDI Estate.

Both key fobs won't unlock the car.
The red LED flashes on the fob, but nothing happens.

If you unlock it with the key it sounds like the other locks are trying to unlock, but nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Bit of a long shot, maybe. I removed my doors as i was fitting some stuff, put them back on & had the same problem, turns out the
bit that pops up got stuck down the hole it's meant to come up. The plastic my of snapped around it but it's worth a look.
