Hey all
Went for my cycle yesterday afternoon and was riding through a reasonable "Posh" area and this thing stuck out and caught my attention. Stunning. I couldnt find the owner so I snapped some pics of his car. So whoever the owner of this Stunning T-Red GTI is. Congats.

you mean "stunner" as in "oh! the sun reflected from the shiny lacquer right into my eyes and blinded me!"?
McLaren F1, now there is a stunner. Clean or dirty, doesn't matter.
-
lol. That and the fact that it is so pretty. I saw 4 GTI's yesterday and this one was the best

Its standard and it looks good I think
Red is the original colour if I am correct?
Its South Africa. We dont get Ed30

17's dont look out of place,
you dont need xenons,
red is a nice colour
doesnt matter if its not an E30 - its a GTI
-
Looks nice, the red looks really rich.
-
Looks like its riding a little high there, sure its not got the "08micsta" travel chocks in
*hides in special mick smack-proof bunker*
-
You can come out now Hurdy
I already looked  (It has got 17's lol. What you expect?)
-
FUUUUUUUKE me never mind the car, look at the weather, its feckin freezin here!!! grrrrr
-
I think it was 27 Degrees Celsius yesterday.....
I almost died of heat on my bike.
-
u lucky little c*nt
-
lmfao. i 2nd joe. nm the car, we want the weather.
-
Here is the solution. Immigrate to Cape Town.
JoesGTI will have the fastest GTI in Cape Town and Steve will have the only Ed30 in South Africa
-
hummm sounds good,. can you not get remap in SA revo or bluefin  my uncle lives in johanasburg! (excuse spellin) its ment to be a sh!t hole!!
cape town is nice thow
-
JHB aint that bad. Its just the crime. We dont have REvo or Bluefin as far as I know. If you want a remap you take the acr to VW and they remap whilst keeping the cars garentee.
Cape Town is very nice. Very nice weather most of the time and some nice roads...

you must be counting down the days until you can drive your mums GTI 08micsta ...is the age limit 17 same as in the UK ?
-
Its 17 years old for your learners and then 18 to get your actual drivers.
Although to be honest I dont think my mother will ever let me drive the Golf.
Chances are I will end up with a Ford Bantam 1.5 tonner Bakkie (which are really nice) or if Im extremely luck i may get my dads Pajero which is stunning. The GTI might be used to learn in because the Pajero is Automatic/Tiptronic.
:embarassed: I am counting down the days though
-
them ford things look like firsta pick up trucks!! i just googled it
why dont you get a mk2 or 3 gti, cheap and cheap insurence!!
-
Mainly because I am very into my cycling and mountain biking so having a Bakkie would help with transport. But if I get a golf it must have a tow bar for the bike rack and to be honest i hardly see MK2 Golfs here. My dad had a Vr6 at one point but other than that all you find here are badly kept Golf 3 GSi's or whatever they are called
