Hey,
I have a mk3 1994/5 1.8 golf driver, and i was wondering A) are their any induction kits that fit it as i've been having trouble finding one, and B) as its single point injection i was thinking of going scrapheap searching and making it multi point injection, anyone know how much that work that would entail? any advice welcome thanks
David

I was having a think today, and isnt the CL a 1.8 multipoint injection so therefore couldnt i just lift it of their and put into mine? anyone?

Hi
I used to own a 1.6 CL multi-pint inj and there weren't any induction kits available. I just took off the plastic air feed from the air box and put on a universal cotton cone filter (removing the paper one from inside the box)

panel filter will work beter with a drilled airbox.... and the multipoint engines are very very different to the singles and would be easier to fit the full engine and wiring!

you can get an induction kit, but its much easyer to get a universal one and make it your self !!
As for the injection, NO dont even go there! Fitting twin webber carbs would be more realistic and simple but even thats not easy! im not sure if any one has tried it on a mk3 golf engine lol.
