To everything (turn, turn, turn)
There is a season (turn, turn, turn)
And a time for every purpose, under heaven
A time to be born, a time to die
A time to plant, a time to reap
A time to kill, a time to heal
A time to laugh, a time to weep
bye-bye, GTI!!!

Congratulations on the house move Phil - and the new car. I'm not sure if you'ill enjoy it as much as the GTI, but hey, its not as if you'ill never own a GTI again in the future - you never know. By the way, just thought I'd warn you that local law enforcement on this forum might shop you in for illegally using someone else's wireless network. or they might just give you a 3rd degree lecture on morals and how saintly the police are - no names mentioned
-
Was down at the dealers last week and they had a Passat Estate in the showroom  Looked good, but was a manual

I must say I like what they have done with the centre console.. stighly smarter than the golf. Could this be what the mkvi is going to be like inside??

My wife says the car is perfect for trips to "mecca" as she calls it (ikea in other words), and must say getting flatpacks in the back of it isnt a problem!!. we bought 3 6ft units wednesday at ikea and all went in no probs. And if you a 6ft'er like me, then with the seats down and tints its great for seeing those stars at night!, but yet to try that one!
