Title: Dash removal ?

I'm rewiring ,y golf and I need to remove the dash, but I'm having problems. I've removed all visible screws and bolts, but it seems to be attached, by something, to just underneath the window screen. its basically pivoting from just under it. Is there a screw under the bonnet I need to undo or something? Cheers

Just removed mine from my G60. In the scuttle area under the bonnet, there are two nuts that are attached to long screws. You need a 10mm long reach socket to get them and also a universal joint to get to the one behind the wiper mechanism.
Carefull when you do remove the dash as the wiring is attached to some very fragile plastic clips. :wink:
