Title: Kenwood CD multi-changer stuck

I've got a Kenwood (KRC something or other I think) 6 stack multi-changer and the changer will not load any CDs or even eject the magazine. I've tried the reset button on the facia and also tried to unplug the power, leave it for a bit and try it again, but to no avail, anyone any ideas on how to release it, hopefully without having to take it all apart.

take it to a stereo repairer.....a good sony, kenwood, technics, etc approved repairers and see what they say.........

if you live in stoke on trent, telefaults on st michaels road in tunstall are good..........loads of certificates on the walls........

Exact same thing happened to mine, I couldn't find anyone to fix it so my dad took it apart and put it back together again. Has been working fine ever since.
