Title: gearbox oil reservois

where is the gearbox oil reservois on a mk3 gti 16v?
going to put new oil into it with some good quality semi synthetic stuff.
how do i go about bleeding it also and is there a strict routine when replenishing the oil i.e bit at a time n stuff?
