Do the tyres need to be changed from the original Audi 225/45/17 to fit the mk3 Golf?? Anyone know??
-
yes, you need 205/40/17's and to check they are 5/100's ;)
-
these should be 5x100..... and yes you will need the 205/40 tryes as jv confirmed (all though i have seen a few mk3's with 205/45 and they look odd!!)
-
you mean 205/45 and my tyres dont look odd!!!!!!!
although with 2 adults and a kid in the back ont he way ot the airport at 80mph on M25 i hit a bump and they rubbed severely.... time to scource some 205/40/17's i think but then it will need lowering!!!!!!!
