Okay,
My new HU is rated 4 x 50 (which is probably about 4 x 9 1/2 truth be told...!!!)
Now if I only connect the front speakers, or put the back speakers on a switch does that become 2 x 100, is it twin stereo amping or just a stereo amp driving two speaker sets per channel,
I am on a tight budget as this is only a second car, the other has a top quality two channel, which I actually prefer to front/rear setup...
I'd like to put in a cheap set of components, but 4 x 50 ain't going to do much there, if I could get 2x 100 that should be fine!!

your gonna need a amp mate to get that sort of power, you can get them cheep enough these days so get your fingers in yer pocket.. :laugh:
