Title: Cheap, Easy Sunday "Mods"
Post by: giorgio1712 on 14 October 2007, 13:56
I got my new 8v gti on Wednesday and am going to give it its first wash today. Is there anything else I can attempt to do with just a few tools etc to improve the car?

Lay flat rear wiper would be the main one I guess (although most MKII Gti's seem to have this done already these days).

MKII's have a vent box near the scuttle try finding a pollen filter, cut it too size if need be from a tat yard. Then open up the vent sit it just above the blades secure its height "BINGO" pollen filter for your cabin in your bling MKII for the summer yes I know its winter .
