my bonnet has a dent where someone has obviously tried to pull it open and they havent realised there is a bonnet lock :rolleyes: was thinking of getting another tornado red bonnet but finding one in good nick isnt an easy task .. i was thinking of buying a straight bonnet of any colour then sparying it matt black .. only thing is im not sure it will look crap or not, what do you think?
bumpers are soon to be colour coded :)

Probably look a bit rubbish, get the right colour in a rattle can and paint it yourself. I have managed to get a really good finish with cans over the years, you just need to make sure your prep is really good and do loads of very light coats making sure you keep the nozzle clean to stop any splattering.

i quite like to matt black finish.... but for the sake of 60 - 70£ have it sprayed professionally! save the pennies, and get it done propperly! its a mint looking car from the picture and would be a shame to spoil an otherwise mint example.

what they said, if your getting the bumpers done anyway, get the bonnet fettled at the same time :wink:
