Hi,

Just moved from the Audi TT world to a 2005 05 golf GTi.

My vagcom cable that i used to use with shareware version of vagcom on the audi doesnt work with the Golf.

Can anyone tell me what i need to activate alarm beep etc?

did you have the old shape TT?

becuase the MKIV uses a different protocol to talk to the software

where about are you as there might be someone in your area that can do it for you.

you need a hex usb+can to do both mk4 and mk5  golf
