Time has come for the engine trans, bought a friends old project with a very good engine but a bit scabby where its just been sat in the garage

The shell is available if anyone wants to offer me its worthy price. Dont want much for it as its got a big hole in floor pan. The shell is sprayed lhasa green about 4 months ago as the project was nearly ready for the mot and they noticed it was rusty and cut it out but then desided not to continue. Still have V5.
Has loom & fuse box, scabby dash, rod change system, fuel tank, brakes & master cylinder.
