Title: 16v gti
Post by: billybodger on 05 October 2007, 18:37
Looking to try and make my mk3 16v go round the corners a bit better plus take on a few track days next year. I've still got to use it every day so dont want to make the ride to bad (getting to old for that!). The front struts and rear beam bushes are shaged so nows the time to convince the wife the car really needs it!. Havent got loads of dosh so wots the best bang for my bucks?

Adjustables are your best option. Coilovers are even better

With adjustable coilovers being the best!
A set of FK's or Weitecs will set you back over 500 quid tho!

Coilovers would be great can set ride hight/corner rates but a bit over my budget at present .Have seen a sports suspension pack at gsf any good ?
