Gti head with injectors blocked (or just left in), gti cam and 4 branch manifold. Webber carb(s), decent exhaust system.
I think with the gti head / cam combo you either use the gti dizzy or run a bit more advance, i cant remember which.

cheers guys :D

have a new webber carb in and a performance exhaust, but she needs that little more  so if i was to get an 8v gti cam and a Gti head with injectors how much should i be looking to spend? I guess getting it tuned after that would also be a good idea?

thanks

just go to the scrappers and get one for as cheap as you can and it might even be a good idea to get it skimmed before you put it back together

Also, if your budget can't stretch to a 4 branch, you can fit an 8v gti exhaust manifold complete with full system which won't do any harm
